About Us

Founded in 1994, Nobel International Education Institution (NIEI) has opened 14 kindergartens and primary schools in Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei Province in the past 21 years. All schools have reached the highest provincial education standards. NIEI’s mission is to introduce the best possible education model to our society through four key features: small-class teaching, bilingual classes, Western etiquette and emotional intelligence (EQ).
In 2014, a separate department Proficient Overseas Education Consultancy & Development Department was launched, a professional channel to introduce overseas education and training programmes to our society. Same year, NIEI partners with Lester B. Pearson School Board, the largest School Board in Canada, to introduce overseas education & vocational programs in Montreal.

Our Features

Our philosophy is to execute “the Best of Eastern and Western Education and Civilization; People-oriented, Life-oriented, encourage students’ social, occupational and family responsibilities, as the new generation”. Also we focus on “Communications, progress and bilingual” teaching, emphasize on developing school-based curriculum etiquette education. NIEI opened the country’s first children’s mental health education learning program, and strive to enhance their soul through education, it will help them to face future’s work and life, successfully integrate into the society and the world.

Building the best Kindergarten and Schools

In the past 21 years, NIEI schools meet the highest provincial education standards; we are proud to contribute our country with numerous of talents and received full recognition from the community and our government. School facilities follow regulations of the education administrative department; Advanced teaching equipment, modern classroom settings and layout are all designed for the best.
Outdoor facilities have always been our key focus, merry-go-rounds, amusement trains, sizable playground; swimming pools are considered the basic garden facilities for each of our schools.
Best environment, best facility, best management and best quality, these four elements have made NIEI as a reputable school brand. Students are actively participating in national or international exchange programs, and different sport games and competitions, hence explains the awards and prizes we have won over the years among regions, cities, provinces and countries.

1) Goals

Two decades ago, we had a mission to provide education for school-age children, to meet the needs of the community, hence NIEI’s first goal was to provide best quality education and full support services to our children to our community. Like Guangzhou Fangcun Primary school, we strictly followed provincial school standards, invested in a Primary school of both Chinese and English. 3 years were used to complete the preparations, advanced software and hardware facilities were also approved by the Administrative Department of Education. Since then, our goal has always been providing children education with the best environment, best facility, best management and best quality, and these four elements have made NIEI as a reputable school brand.

2) Beliefs

The introduction of international standards and advanced educational system, we put our children as priority, provided multiple intelligent curriculum with humanistic significance for children between 2-6 years old. Our advanced bilingual curriculum and teaching content are in line daily life. So that every children will be educated under healthy environment with growth in confidence, equality, happy, loving characters.

3) Teachers

A team elite education was hired from across the country. We promote small class teaching, hierarchical teaching, we pay attention to each student’s individual growth and teach according to their abilities. Our teachers committed to the “relaxed classroom” research, focus on the play group style teaching. With well use of curriculum resources, entertaining environment, it fundamentally changed the traditional spoon-feeding teaching style, which greatly enhances the students’ interest in learning.
English features prominently in our campuses, we hire permanent qualified native English speaking teachers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia and other countries, to create a learning environment in which students learn good English in a good atmosphere. The international students in our schools also provide our children have a unique English learning environment, in particular Oral English.

4) Cultures

In NIEI, Chinese Culture and to pass down our culture to the next generations are highly important to us. During school time, children will be encouraged to traditional culture, make full use of the comprehensive study time for students to recite “The Rules for Students” ( Sage’s teachings), “The Thousand Character Classic “(6th Century), “The Book of Family Names” and other traditional Chinese Literature and poems. Part of the study is for the students to share their thoughts about these traditional readings to their parents at home. It encourage the children to express and be confident about sharing thoughts, more importantly, parents are also encouraged to interact with their children and relive old saying again. That is the healthy learning atmosphere that we would like to achieve. Parents appreciate this culture learning experience, and realize every progress of Children education is about school, family and student work together. Through cultural learning practice, our students are growing up in the foundation of Chinese Culture; learn to be responsible to society, at work and towards their families, with confidence and kindness.

5) Children Psychology

In NIEI, we also introduce western teaching model, tend to children preschool education needs. Besides book knowledge, we believe children’s emotional intelligence is equally important. That’s why we have launched “Pre-school Children Emotional Intelligence Course” for fellow parents.
The course helps parents to understand latest EQ knowledge and how to teach their children based on the concept of EQ. Parents can then effectively encourage their children’s discipline, and enhance relationship within the family. Apply children EQ connotation as a subject, we design games, discussion, sharing practice to help children to build up positive beliefs, promote emotional stability, social skills. We encourage parents and students to apply what they learnt outside the classroom, to achieve practical and positive outcome of the program, enhance Children Emotional Intelligence.

6) Developments

Since 1994, NIEI has always been promoting teaching excellence; we provide one-stop education solutions for children between 6 months old to primary school for our society. With the best teaching resources and experience, we organize various school activities and events regularly, from series of cultural performances, parent-children programs, parenting seminars to overseas summer camps. To us, there are still a lot for us to do, and we will continue to do the best, ‘Everything for our Children’.
